The Pilot

Ideal for single research clusters or degree show digital twins.

Focused on a single "moment"—such as end-of-year presentations or a specific research publication cycle. We deploy a standard exhibition environment and process up to 30 submissions.

Primary Outcome

A "Proof of Dissemination" report demonstrating external engagement metrics to internal stakeholders, allowing you to validate the budget for a longer partnership.

Designed for institutional stability and predictable costing.

Scope

Aligned with the academic year. Covers Winter and Summer exhibition cycles, plus continuous flow of research paper publishing. Includes dedicated account management.

Primary Outcome

Consistent external validation of staff and student output. Includes a seat on The Voltas Advisory Board to influence future platform features and policy.
